AN/USM-223
Very nice and complete USA army multimeter. It can measure upto 5000V. The cabinet is waterproof. In the lid is a enclosure for the testleads.
Testleads and adapters
There is even an audiojack adapter, crokoclips and a HV testlead. The two leads on the left are not stated in the manual but do have the same type of nametags so they seem to be original except for the bananas.
