These meters were populair between 1890 and 1930. It has no brand on it. The black rubber wheel under the meter is just a stand do display it. There is a sharp pin in it that is the second probe. The meter has no plus or minus and measures AC and DC but it was used to test batteries, like in cars. The internal resistance is very low, at 6V it draws around 300 mA. The test lead is spooled in the back and ends in a resistance wire that is spooled up too. It is still rather accurate.
